Apple hit with lawsuit over FaceTime bug

Apple is hit with the primary lawsuit over the FaceTime bug that enables others to snoop on customers even earlier than they will settle for or reject the decision. 

Attorney Larry Williams II filed a criticism in state court docket in Houston claiming that the FaceTime bug intrudes on the privateness of “one’s most intimate conversations with out consent”. The incident apparently occurred when he was taking a sworn testimony throughout a consumer deposition.

Williams is demanding unspecified punitive damages on claims of negligence, product legal responsibility , misrepresentation and guarantee breach. Apple has disabled the Group FaceTime function and stated {that a} software program replace shall be issued quickly to repair the bug.
