Ford wants to apply its lane-keeping drive technology in the bedroom
In what seems like a foul April Fools’ joke, Ford has launched its prototype Lane-Keeping mattress. It incorporates a conveyer belt-like mattress with stress sensors. Once the Lane-Keeping mattress detects the invasive weight of the mattress mate, the mattress will roll the “area invader” again to his or her facet the mattress, successfully conserving the egocentric mattress mate “in lane”.
According to Ford, over one in 4 respondents report sleeping higher alone, and the lack of high quality sleep over lengthy intervals will improve the threat of damage and accidents. So as an alternative of separate beds to stop “sleep divorces”, Ford has determined to apply its automotive experience to deal with such points in the bedroom.
